Whether you are looking for a spot of alfresco casual dining or a sumptuous 3 course dinner, Cacio Re has menus to cater for your dining pleasure.  Inspired by an abundance of superb local ingredients, your hosts Paolo and Cinzia have created a timeless menu which combines both innovative cuisine and classic signature dishes.  We cater for all tastes and dietary requirements.


Locally sourced  truffles, homemade pasta and a variety of cheeses carefully selected by your hosts.


Charcuterie from Norcia, trout from the river Nera, lentils and spelt from the Sibillini Mountains, Pecorino cheese, are featured on our menu.


Cacio Re has a large terrace and garden, an ideal place in the summer months to enjoy an aperitif before dining.


Cacio Re has a superb wine cellar and Paolo is always available to help you choose your perfect Italian wine.
